Here at SERKLES, we will dispatch your parcel within 1-2 working days of your order being placed (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

FREE UK DELIVERY

At the moment we are offering FREE shipping on all orders for all UK customers and orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd class service.

For customers who are based within the United Kingdom, this includes Highlands, Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. Your parcel should arrive within 2-5 working days after it is dispatched.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with the garment tags still attached.

You have 14 days to return your item(s) back to us from the date they are delivered (14 days includes weekends). If you return an item within this period then we will give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. After the 14 day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s) so we recommend you send them back via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar trackable method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
