To be elegible for a refund, your item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with the garment tags still attached.
You have 14 days to return your item(s) back to us from the date they are delivered (14 days includes weekends). If you return an item within this period, then we will give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. After the 14 day period, you will no longer be elegible and won’t be able to receive a refund.
For any items that may be faulty, please email email@example.com, with photos of the faults attached, your order number and any other information regarding your issue. Our customer service team will be able to resolve this for you.
