After a much loved time with your socks, please use our FREE RETURN SERVICE to get your used socks to us to be upcycled. You will get a coupon code in return to be spent in our shop. And, most importantly, your socks will be 100% upcycled into dolls locally supporting providing a positive social impact into our community, which you will be able to buy from our shop, so they will not end on landfill and the circle will continue…

If you want to AMEND or CANCEL your order, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Please note, depending on where your order is in our packing process, we CANNOT guarantee we will be able to cancel it but of course we will try our best.
If this is not possible as your oder is too far down packing route or has already been despatched, we do have a returns system.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.

To be elegible for a refund, your item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with the garment tags still attached.

You have 14 days to return your item(s) back to us from the date they are delivered (14 days includes weekends). If you return an item within this period, then we will give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. After the 14 day period, you will no longer be elegible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

For any items that may be faulty, please email info@serkles.com, with photos of the faults attached, your order number and any other information regarding your issue. Our customer service team will be able to resolve this for you.

Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom, this includes Highlands, Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.

We offer FREE 1st Class delivery in all UK orders

Where is my order?2022-05-16T22:34:36+01:00

We will dispatch your parcel within 1-2 working days of your oder being placed (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service. Your parcel should arrive within 1-2 working days after it is dispatched and will require a signature upon delivery.
You will receive a confirmation email when your oder has been shipped.
